Archivist

Archivist is an app that lets you search the database on Archive.org and gives you convenient access to its full content. This means you can view and download everything it offers: movies, songs, magazines, video games, books, and much more.

Using Archivist is quite straightforward. The main tab has a text field where you can write whatever it is you're looking for. Plus, to narrow down your search you can pick from several categories: video, audio, text, images, apps. You can even pick a specific time period for what you're looking for.

Once you've found something of interest, whether it's a movie, a song, or a text doc, you can access it straight from the app. Yes, you can play a movie or a song from Archivist. Although if you prefer you can also download it straight to your device.
